Meet the Founder:

Jayci Golden

I grew up in a small town in the Texas Hill Country, where I saw firsthand the impact small businesses have on their communities. After earning a degree in chemical engineering from Texas A&M and an MBA from Harvard, I built my career in engineering, operations, and supply chain—leading major projects to modernize operations and drive growth.

But what I’ve always valued most is working with people, building strong teams, and solving tough problems together. That’s why I’m looking to partner with a business owner who has dedicated their career to building something great. My goal is to preserve the foundation, protect what makes the business special, and ensure its continued success for years to come.
